با سلام خدمت دوستان گرامي !

از صبح جمعه ۱۴/۸/۸۸ قالب سايت به دليل برخي تغيیرات ناخواسته اي كه توسط مديريت بلاگفا صورت گرفته دچار مشكل شده است.احتمالا اين مشكل بابت كنترل بيشتر وبلاگ ها و سايت هاي ايراني مي باشد!

ETABS V9.2.0

ETABS Version 9.2.0 is now shipping and is available as a full installation or as a patch to existing installations. It includes the following significant enhancements:

New In V9.2.0

• A printed report is now available for steel and concrete frame design. This report is produced in RTF format for Microsoft Word, and contains a cover page, tables of design input values, tables of design results, and an individual design summary sheet for each selected member.

• Concrete frame design output for enveloping results has been improved to include, in a single sheet, the controlling forces/moment, stations, and load combinations, as well as the resulting rebar and/or demand/capacity ratios. This is available by right-clicking on the member for design results, or as part of the new printed design report.

• The documentation available using the Help > Documentation command can now be modified by the user. This allows you to add company standards and procedures, project data, language translations, and other documents in a single location for ease of reference.

• The “Automated Lateral Loads Manual” has been added which describes all the code-based seismic and wind loads available in ETABS and SAP2000.

Plaxis 3D Foundation

Plaxis 3D Foundation is a finite element package intended for the three-dimensional deformation analysis of foundation structures.

Foundations form the interaction between an upper structure and the soil. Settlements depend on local soil conditions and on the construction method. Especially for pile-raft foundations there is an important interplay between the pile, the raft and the soil to support the forces from the upper structure. In this interplay deformations are a key factor. Such a situation can only be analysed effectively by means of three-dimensional finite element calculations in which proper models are incorporated to simulate soil behaviour and soil-structure interaction.
Plaxis 3D Foundation offers these facilities. A brief summary of important features of the program can be found on the 'Features' page.

ايراني‌ها بدون مدير بهتر كار مي‌كنند!!! ( بدون شرح )

در واحدهاي مورد مطالعه، نيمه نخست فروردين ماه ۱۳۸۷ داراي بيشترين توليد در ايام سال و كمترين خرابي بوده است كه مهمترين دليل آن، عدم وجود مديريت ارشد و پرسنل ستادي در كنار افزايش اعتماد به نفس و خودشكوفايي كارگران، سرپرستان و پرسنل فني مي‌باشد كه به علت عدم وجود مديران، بار مسئوليت عملا بر عهده اين گروه گذاشته مي‌شود.

حول حالنا الی احسن الحال

 دعاي تحويل سال نو در قالب جملاتي کوتاه درخواست زدودن غبار از فطرت و دستيابي به بهترين احوال است، تحويل حال به احسن الحال همان تغيير سوء حال انسان به حسن حال الهى است .اين‌چنين سال ۱۳۸۶ به پايان رسيد با همه پستي ‌و بلندي‌هايش، تلخي‌ها و شادي‌ها ، برگي ديگر از تقويم ايراني ورق مي‌خورد و از اين پس خود را در سالي جديد مي‌يابيم، با هزار بيم و اميد نسبت به سرنوشتي كه نمي‌دانيم چگونه رقم خواهد خورد. انشاالله سال ۸۷ سالی سرشاراز موفقیت و کامیابی برای تمامی ایرانیان و آزاد اندیشان در سراسر جهان و سالی پر بار برای دانشجویان وجامعه علمی و مهندسی ایران باشد.
